Okay so I did it again and went out and tested my ankle, dumb right? Well it was hard trying to play ultimate Frisbee because I could not run well and then at one point in the game I went up and jumped and when I came down I felt the tendons tighten up and then shoot pain I thought for sure I had re-injured myself...man I need someone to chain me down because I can't stop playing sports long enough to let my ankle heal properly.
